Dear Exhibitor,

3-D Tradeshow Services, LLC will be the official contractor for the 2024 GROUND TRANSPORTATION SHOW, located at the PALM BEACH COUNTY CONVENTION

CENTER, HALL A on JUNE 25-26, 2024. Please look through this Exhibitor Kit that we have prepared for you and call our Exhibitor Services Department at 954-423-9803 with any questions you might have. There will be an exhibitor service desk on site for any last-minute show site orders and questions you may have.

Tabletop Spaces will be set up at 5’ deep x 10’ wide and will include:

1 – 6’ Skirted Table (Black), 1 – Chair, 1- Wastebasket and 1- Paper Locator.

10’ x 10’ Booth Spaces will include:

8’ high backwall (black), 3’ high side rails (black), 1 – 6’ skirted table, 1 – chair, 1 – wastebasket and 1 – paper locator.

The above is what is included with your package, any additional furnishings, flooring, etc must be ordered and paid for before it can be delivered and set up within your booth space.

For the safety of all, exhibitors are required to have a spotting team to get from the freight door to your booth space. There is arate for this service which is on the labor form and must be turned in with the credit card authorization form before you can move into the exhibit hall.

NOTE: Electrical and Internet must be ordered and paid for through the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The forms are added to the back of this exhibitor manual. Please send the forms back directly to the Convention Center to ensure power will be run to your booth space the day of set up. An exhibitor service booth will be staged for any last-minute orders,questions or concerns on move-in day.

Exhibitor Set Up:                                              Tuesday, June 25, 2024 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Show Hours:                                                     Tuesday, June 25, 2024 - 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Wednesday, June 26, 2024 -12:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Exhibitor Dismantle:                                       Wednesday, June 26, 2024 - 2:30 pm

Freight Carriers (post show) check in:  Wednesday, June 26, 2024 by 3:00 pm

ADVANCE ORDER DISCOUNT DEADLINE

June 10, 2024 is the last day to receive discounts for advance orders. All forms must be returned by e-mail to 3dtradeshows@gmail.com, and accompanied by complete payment in order to receive the discount. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization form completely if paying by credit card.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you ship your exhibit materials in advance to our warehouse to ensure your materials arrive to show site ontime. Please DO NOT ship your exhibit materials to arrive at the Palm Beach County Convention Center as they will not be receiving freight at all.

VIP UPGRADE

Each booth receives one free all-in pass with additional passes available for $150.00 each. Vehicle spaces receive two free all-in passes. The VIP area will include a buffet and bar.
